Confidentiality Policy

Data Match takes students’ privacy very seriously, which is why we've established a strict confidentiality policy that is enforced throughout our entire organization.

No personal information is ever collected other than a student’s name and grade. Their answers from the questionnaire are processed by a computer to generate the students’ personal data match reports. Data Match does not, and will not, share or sell any information obtained from the questionnaires to any company, government agency, or person, for any reason whatsoever.

All hard copy questionnaires are destroyed within 7 days.  Data files, consisting of the student's name, login ID, and the numeric value they chose for each question (not the questions themselves) are retained to allow students to re-print their personal matching report from our web site, which requires a private Login ID for access.
