Confidentiality Policy
Data Match takes students’ privacy very seriously, which is why we’ve established a strict confidentiality policy that is enforced throughout our entire organization.
No personal information is ever collected other than a student’s name and grade. Their answers from the questionnaire are processed by a computer to generate the students’ data match printouts. Data Match does not, and will not, share or sell any information obtained from the questionnaires to any company, government agency, or person, for any reason whatsoever.
Unlike several competing services, which allow students to enter personal information over the Internet and obtain updated matching results from the companies’ web sites, Data Match does not store or allow the exchange of ANY student information on its web site. In fact, all computer files and questionnaires are destroyed when Data Match receives payment from the schools.
